The property boasts 2 shower rooms and a downstairs cloakroom, 3 toilets in total.

We offer either 48 or 50 week contacts for all of our house shares for the 2022/2023 academic year, commencing from 25th August 2022 and concluding 27th July 2023.

To secure your booking, we will require an £80 Reservation Fee per person to hold the property (for further details, refer to our Cancellation Policy). When you pay for your first terms rent in August 2022, the £80 will act as a contribution to your term 1’s rent.
