This perfectly located home just off North Hill and less than five minutes walk from the University of Plymouth and Plymouth College of Art. The delightful home is situated in our own private complex away from the main thoroughfare of traffic. Having 7 very large double bedrooms over 2 floors and is rated as an ‘A Graded property for ‘Quality’, by the University of Plymouth Accommodation Services.

Our tenants will share the following facilities: 3 double shower rooms with w.c’s (Two on the ground floor and one on the first floor). Benefiting from a wide screen SMART TV & license (for the communal area) paid for by us, L shaped funky red settee with matching swivel comfy armchair, in addition, two contemporary easy chairs, modern wood laminate flooring, feature living flame fire with modern surround – creating a warm ambience on film nights or socialing with friends. The lounge is extremely homely with a comfy rug, curtains and attractive soft furnishings. The kitchen hosts a double oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two fridge/freezers. Dining table and 7 chairs.

NB: The ground floor lends itself to 2,3 or 5 people sharing, as there is a partition door between the corridor on the ground floor which divides the bedrooms up. Furthermore, there is a cosy area with a comfort chair, table and lamp if you need a slight change of environment.

We offer Virgin Media superfast broadband package (with a download speed of 350 Mbps), with unlimited uploads and downloads. The property hosts gas central heating and double glazed windows throughout. There are a limited number of car parking spaces available in our adjacent private carpark, this is at an extra cost (please ask for details).

Our shared student houses are less than 250m from Plymouth University.  Rents include electric, gas, water (upto a usage allowance of £10 per person, per week) and internet. We do not ask for deposits, guarantors or administration fees, and provide individual tenancies.  As owners of our student properties, we have a vested interest in making sure they are maintained to a decent standard – as such our property maintenance services are second to none!

What a beautiful house right on the doorstep of the University of Plymouth and Plymouth Art College. So conveniently located to local bars and cafes on North Hill, this charming house has 8 study bedrooms ascending over 3 floors. Rated ‘A Grade for Quality’ by the University of Plymouth Accommodation Service.

With a large homely lounge/diner and bay window to the front (typical for its era), there is an addition of a flat screen TV with the licence paid by us! Dining table and modern high backed chairs, wood laminate flooring and modern electric fire.  The well equipped kitchen comprises of  2 double ovens, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 fridge/freezers.

There is a bathroom with a bath, adding extra luxuries, particularly after a long day of lectures, ‘soak and relax’,  (shower is over bath), separate WC, 2 additional shower rooms with w.c’s and a rear yard for extending communal areas for those who like socialising ‘Al Fresco’ style, or having a barbecue on lazy summer evenings.

There are phone lines to each study room, gas central heating and the option to purchase parking spaces in our private, off road car park close by.

Armada House, 25 Addison Rd

Are you a large group of friends wanting to live together? Or maybe a group of 4 looking for your own apartment, but with use of extra fab facilities? Perhaps you are a couple wanting a superb suite together, or an individual craving for your own space but not wanting to miss out on the social stakes…. well this house has it all!

An impressive property in an ideal location, and so convenient for the University of Plymouth and Plymouth Art College. This huge student home boasts 15 double bedrooms over 3 floors and is central to local bars, cafes and Plymouth City Centre, (which hosts lots of favourite stores, restaurants and other local amenities). The property can be found set back from the road in our own private complex. Rated  ‘A Grade for Quality’ by the University of Plymouth Accommodation Services.

Armada House has a huge open plan communal lounge with laminate flooring, leather sofas, table tennis and dart board to boot! Also, there is a large, flat screen TV  (Licence paid by us) including free SKY Sport and Movies, ideal for movie nights in!

Both kitchens are extremely spacious offering further sociable dining, having been finished to a very high standard with light coloured units. There is also a large table and accompanying chairs in each kitchen.

Armada House is made up in the following way:

  • 1 x self contained apartment for 4 friends (or individuals) with use of the larger communal space too!

Rooms 1 – 4 are located on the ground floor of this property, offering self contained facilities away from the rest of the house.  The ‘apartment’ has a communal kitchenette and contemporary shower room (with LED lit shelf) as well as 4 study bedrooms. The entrance to the apartment once inside Armada House is via it’s own, lockable door.

This would be perfect for 4 friends sharing who want their own personal space when it counts, but love being part of a larger house too.  Enjoy the shared huge lounge with Sky movies and sport, socialize in the larger kitchens, but know you can escape to your own private space when you want to!

  • Separate Cosy Suite- perfect for couples or an individual wanting a little more personal space.

Room Number ’16’ includes a study bedroom, cosy lounge and an en-suite modern shower room.  This is a great space for a couple who wish to be private at times, but part of a larger group with additional facilities when it suits (and represents fantastic value for a couple!) Alternatively, if you are looking for a little more personal space but don’t want to miss out on the facilities offered to a larger group, this suite would suit you down to the ground!

Literally opposite the University on North hill and less than 2 minutes walk to the Art College, you couldn’t ask for a better location This property has some extremely large bedrooms with some interesting additions such as balconies, French doors etc.

18 Queen Anne Terrace is on North Hill and has 15 study bedrooms over 4 floors. The tenants share the following facilities: 4 shower rooms with w.c’s (one with bath and shower over), 2 great sized lounges with wood laminate flooring & leather sofas, 2 kitchen/ diners each containing dining tables, 2 double ovens, 2 sinks, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a large fridge and a large freezer.  In one kitchen there is also a dishwasher.

We provide a flat screen TV in both lounges and pay the licence for the communal areas. We also provide free internet connection for all our students and a weekly cleaning service.

There is a small courtyard at the back of the property.

The property offers phone lines and TV points to each study room, along with Gas central heating.
