The lounge is neutrally decorated, with a leather sofa, modern extendable table and large windows. The fitted kitchen offers a range of units, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, double oven and hob. The bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin and bath with electric shower over. And the two double bedrooms are light and modern.

We are happy to let this apartment to individuals or couples.

Our student flats are all less than 250 metres from Plymouth University.  Rents are inclusive of broadband and all utilities (up to a usage cap of £10 per person / week). We do not ask for deposits, admin fees or guarantors, and offer individual tenancy agreements.  Because we own and manage all our student apartments, we have a vested interest in maintaining them to a high standard – as such our maintenance service is second to none!

‘The Lenkiewicz’, Apartment 4,  is a uniquely spacious, light and airy apartment is less than 250 metres from the University (just off North Road East) and has been awarded as an ‘A Grade for ‘Quality’ by the University of Plymouth Accommodation Services.

This is an extremely rare and versatile property offering two double rooms, in addition to the lounge, kitchen and bathroom.  We are happy to move the furniture around so that you can arrange it how you wish- either two double bedrooms and a smaller lounge (plenty big enough for a sofa, TV and coffee table), or a good sized lounge, single and double bedroom (Ideal if a couple are sharing). The modern kitchen offers a range of kitchen units, fridge/freezer, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, double oven and hob; and the bathroom offers a hand wash basin, WC and electric shower.

The Half House – 12c Bedford Terrace

A rare ‘gem’ less than 5 minutes walk from the University of Plymouth and Plymouth College of Art. A ‘cute’ two bedroom house, set on our private complex. Having been rated as an  ‘A Grade’ property for ‘Quality’, by the University Accommodation Services.

This perfectly formed, self contained student home has its own front door and offers a lounge, *separate kitchen (containing a double oven, washer/dryer,  fridge and freezer), and a shower room with w.c.

There is gas central heating and double glazed windows. Virgin Media Broadband 350mgbs, currently, the Uk’s number one Business package. This property has a limited number of car parking spaces available in our private, off road car park at an extra cost (please ask for details).
