Apartment 3, is a spacious, light apartment is less than 250 metres from the University (just off North Road East) and offers high ceilings and big windows with great views of the park opposite and the city beyond.   It has been rated ‘A Grade’ by Plymouth University Accommodation Office.

The lounge is neutrally decorated, with a comfy, modern sofa, contemporary extendable table and chairs.  The fitted kitchen offers a range of units, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, double oven and hob. The bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin and bath with electric shower over.  And the two double bedrooms are light and modern.

We are happy to let this apartment to individuals or couples.

Our student apartments are within 250m of Plymouth Uni.  Prices are inclusive of broadband, electric, gas, water (up to a usage cap of £10 per person, per week). The Half House – 12c Bedford Terrace

A rare ‘gem’ less than 5 minutes walk from the University of Plymouth and Plymouth College of Art. A ‘cute’ two bedroom house, set on our private complex. Having been rated as an  ‘A Grade’ property for ‘Quality’, by the University Accommodation Services.

This perfectly formed, self contained student home has its own front door and offers a lounge, *separate kitchen (containing a double oven, washer/dryer,  fridge and freezer), and a shower room with w.c.

There is gas central heating and double glazed windows. Virgin Media Broadband 350mgbs, currently, the Uk’s number one Business package. This property has a limited number of car parking spaces available in our private, off road car park at an extra cost (please ask for details).

Wake Street can be found just off the Pennycomequick roundabout, close to the railway station and recreational park and sporting complex at Central Park.

Less than 10 minutes walk to both the University, Art College and Mutley, minutes from the railway station and with Central Park at the end of the road this is a great location! 32 Wake Street has been awarded an ‘A Grade’ by Plymouth University Accommodation Office.

This beautiful student home has 6 large study bedrooms (all doubles) over 2 floors. The lounge/ diner boasts a flat screen TV, (licence paid for by us), wood laminate flooring, leather sofas and an extendable dining table to seat all.

The kitchen area offers 2 x large fridge freezers and a double oven cooker with hob. The separate utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

In addition, there is a bathroom with a bath (shower over), WC and wash hand basin, a separate shower room and an additional WC.

There is a very useful outdoor area at the rear of the property with a stone built BBQ for plenty of summer fun! Wooden garden table and chairs. The property also benefits from two shower rooms and WCs. We provide Virgin Media Broadband here free of charge!

You couldn’t wish for a more convenient location for the University of Plymouth and Plymouth Art College than this ‘A graded property for Quality’ with the University of Plymouth Accommodation Service. A spacious student home with 6 bedrooms over 3 floors. With local bars and cafes nearby, the home can be found set back from the main thoroughfare in our own private complex.

The tenants share the following facilities: a large lounge with SMART TV & license paid for by us (communal area’s). New August 2020, ornate living flame fireplace with mantel & hearth, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere on those chilly nights. Separate large kitchen/ diner with dining table, double oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and two fridge/freezers.

The property also offers one modern bathroom (bath with shower over) and a newly refurbished shower room which has been finished off to a very high standard hosting an LED shelf and heated towel rail, both with w.c’s.

You couldn’t get a more convenient location for the University and Art College than this spacious, student property with 6 study bedrooms. The property can be found set back from the road in our own private complex, just around the corner from the student bars and cafes on North Hill.  Queen Anne House is Graded ‘A’ by the University Accommodation Office.

This gorgeous student home has 6 study bedrooms (all doubles, room 4 is en-suite with bath) over 3 floors.

The tenants share the following facilities: a large, modern open plan kitchen/ diner, with dining table and 6 chairs, dishwasher, double oven, washing machine, microwave, tumble dryer and two fridge/freezers.
