Our student flats are less than 250 metres from Plymouth Uni.  Room prices are inclusive of broadband, gas, electric, water (up to a usage allowance of £10 per person / week). We don’t ask for deposits, admin fees or guarantors, and provide individual tenancy agreements.  Because we own and manage all our student apartments, we have a vested interest in ensuring they are maintained to a decent standard – as such our maintenance services are without parallel!

This is an extremely rare and versatile property offering two double rooms, in addition to the lounge, kitchen and bathroom.  We are happy to move the furniture around so that you can arrange it how you wish- either two double bedrooms and a smaller lounge (plenty big enough for a sofa, TV and coffee table), or a good sized lounge, single and double bedroom (Ideal if a couple are sharing).
