This property could never be more described than a ‘proper’ home with exceptional communal space for three lucky students! Its homely ambience welcomes our students the second they walk through the front door. Located in a quiet road and situated just around the corner from some funky bars, restaurants and bespoke shops on the edge of town.

The location of this property is approximately 250m from Plymouth College of Art and less than 500m from Plymouth University, the 3 bedroom property boasts a beautiful homely lounge with flat screen TV (communal licence paid by Student Rooms 4 U). There is a seperate large dining room and kitchen, in addition, the generous bathroom also offers a bath with shower over.  To complete the package the property has an enclosed, walled yard courtyard. The Loft – 25 Addison Rd

The Loft is ideal for a couple. Tucked away and private having its own front door, although just a few yards from the University of Plymouth and Plymouth College of Art, this is an extremely spacious apartment which has been awarded an  ‘A’ Grade for quality by the University of Plymouth Accommodation Services. This stylish self-contained, one bedroom apartment is just up the road from the popular bars and cafes on North Hill, and very close to the city centre.

The tenant/s share the following facilities: a double bedroom, modern bathroom with bath and shower over, w.c and wash hand basin, a large lounge having large windows allowing natural light to enter this room, having wood laminate flooring, large and colourful rug, and a two seater sofa. The kitchen is of good size, with coloured splashback over hob, double oven, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer. This property has a limited number of car parking spaces available in our private, off road car park at an extra cost (please ask for details), along with gas central heating and double glazed windows.
