Our students will enjoy the huge shared lounge with Sky Movies and Sport, socialise in the two larger kitchens, but know they can escape to their own private space whenever they want to!

Rooms 1 – 4 are located on the ground floor of the property, offering self contained facilities away from the rest of the house.  The ‘apartment’ hosts its own modern table and 4 chairs, a communal kitchenette, with a contemporary double shower room (having an attractive LED lit shelf),as well as 4 study bedrooms. The entrance to the apartment once inside Armada House is via its own, lockable door. The whole of the flatlet and bedrooms has modern laminate flooring.

The Main Property:

An impressive and very spacious house in an exceptional ideal location, which is off the road within it’s own private complex, thus not having crowds of people passing by. The property is so convenient for the University of Plymouth and Plymouth Art College. This huge student home boasts 15 double bedrooms over 3 floors and is central to local bars, cafes and Plymouth City Centre, (which hosts lots of favourite stores, restaurants and other local amenities. Both kitchens are extremely spacious offering further sociable dining, having been finished to a very high standard with light coloured units, housing three cookers, two washing machines, two dishwashers, two tumble dryers across both kitchens. There is also a large table and accompanying chairs in each kitchen.

All tenants share the following facilities: 1 x shower room with WC, 1 x modern bathroom with bath, shower and WC, 1 x additional WC.

‘The Mount Edgcumbe’ Apartment 3, 5 Marlborough Road

Apartment 3 – The Mount Edgcumbe is a uniquely, luxurious Penthouse Suite on the top floor of an impressive period property and is approached via a wide and modern staircase with quality grey carpet fitted and large spotlights inserted into the wall. The property is opposite the University of Plymouth with views (from the front of the apartment) of the University campus and reservoir. As the property is south facing, there is plenty of natural light which enters the front of the property.

This 3 bedroom stylish and contemporary apartment, is situated on the top floor of a beautiful character property. The communal space is exceptionally generous, offering a well equipped kitchen having  a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge/ freezer and cooker. ‘The Mount Wise’ Apartment 2, 5 Marlborough Rd

Apartment 2, The Mount Wise is a newly converted ultra modern apartment opposite The Plymouth University and minutes from Plymouth College of Art.

The attractive staircase leads to this very large, light and modern 3 bedroom apartment (all the spacious bedrooms have a framed bed in each), which is situated in a beautiful period property with exceptional communal facilities.

The lounge benefits from impressive high ceilings (a typical feature for the period of the house), and big windows letting in an abundance of light, with views over to the University and reservoir. There are two grey comfortable sofa’s, a cosy ornate living flame fireplace with mantel over, 43 inch SMART TV with license paid for by Student Rooms 4 U.
