You can see the sea from our lovely sun terrace on the first floor of the property, thus providing extra ‘Al Fresco’ extended living space on warm days. Our tenants have loved using the kitchen for dining and studying, utilising the space for social occasions. There is a 7 person dining table with chairs, a double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and two fridge/freezers. With French doors to the rear yard, thus adding to the further expanse of communal living space, as an extra bonus, there would be ample opportunity to have a barbecue.

There is a delightful ‘homely’ lounge with wooden laminate flooring, and comfortable leather sofas and a flat screen TV (Licence paid for by us)! There are also phone lines to each study room, along with gas central heating and double glazed windows.  In addition, 2 Amity Place has one shower room with shower and wc, and one bathroom with wc and bath (with electric shower over).

Our shared student houses are less than 250m from the University of Plymouth, with the Plymouth College of Art just a few extra yards.  Room prices are inclusive of gas, electric, water (up to a usage cap of £10 per person, per week) and Virgin Media Broadband (boasting the UK’s fastest available broadband with download speeds of 350Mbps – business connections). We don’t require deposits, administration fees or guarantors, and provide individual tenancy agreements.  Because we own and manage all our student properties, we have a vested interest in maintaining them to a decent standard – therefore our maintenance service is probably the best you’ll find!
