Armada House is a very large 15 double bedroom student house. Situated on the doorstep of the University of Plymouth.
Although this house has 15 bedrooms, we would also like you to know that it can be sub-divided into several different living arrangements. When you’re inside the property, due to it being so vast, you have plenty of space.
The property has a massive open plan communal lounge with TV (Sky Sports & Movies – We pay the license), table tennis and darts area.
Weekly communal clean included.
Both kitchens are extremely spacious with washing machines, tumble driers, dishwashers, cookers & fridge/freezers.
All bedrooms include 4ft double beds, desk, chair, wardrobe, curtains or blinds, and ample plug sockets. (All non-ensuite bedrooms have the benefit of a sink).
