The masters of hula-hooping may still be in pre-school, but you can join them and start losing weight immediately. This is an exercise that burns around 600 calories per hour, which is more than enough to lose a pound a week. In addition to that, it is a fun activity you can do almost anywhere – at home, in the backyard, even at a party. If you get really good at it you can always audition for “Britain’s Got Talent” as well!
Clean yourself thin
This is a fantastic way to keep yourself organized and fit as well. Mopping the floors burns a lot more calories than you might think. Cleaning the bathroom also isn’t for the faint-hearted. So, grab a rag and start shedding those pounds. In no time, you will be sweating like you have never sweated before. Not only will you start to lose those extra inches around your waist, your housemates will love you for it – a guaranteed way to be both fit and popular!
