Student Rooms 4U are landlords committed to providing tenants with a high level of service throughout the academic year.

We follow a yearly maintenance programme of refurbishment and renewal for all properties, together with an ongoing maintenance scheme on request. Emergency contact numbers are also available to help deal with any problems that may occur.

Fully fitted kitchens
Large living areas with sofas
TV points into all study bedrooms
Phone lines into all study bedrooms
Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors
Cable TV points into some study bedrooms
Gas central heating and insulation in all properties
Free cleaning of communal areas for larger properties
Gas, electric and water allowance included within the weekly rent up to a value of £10 per person per week
Adequate kitchen cupboard space for all students with seated dining areas
All study bedrooms contain beds, wardrobes, desks, chairs and cupboards
The majority of properties have CCTV cameras for extra security, a number of parking spaces (additional costs apply), bike stores and double glazed windows

All properties are provided with a range of essential equipment including fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers and double ovens with grill, hob and integrated cooker-hood.
